The large crowd of CITIZENS gathered on the plaza outside the entrance to the Imperial Palace is shouting angrily at a long row of palace SECURITY TROOPS assembled at the top of the steps. As the MOB begins to push forward, the SECURITY CAPTAIN raises his hand to give the order to fire, and his TROOPS level their weapons menacingly.
